LOBSTER WITH RICE

Ingredients (for 2 people):

  • 1 lobster of ± 500 g
  • 200 g rice
  • ½ onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ litre of fish stock or water and salt

Instructions:
Sauté the chopped onion and 2 garlic cloves together.
Once sautéed, add the chopped lobster and sauté this as well, and then add the rice. Stir and pour in the fish stock or, if this is not available, the water and salt.
Cook for 15 minutes. Leave to stand for a few minutes in the pan and serve.
