Baby eels prepared the traditional way

Ingredients per serving:

  • 100 g baby eels
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 or 2 pieces of chilli
  • 3 tablespoons of oil

Instructions:
Pour the oil into a large saucepan or frying pan and place over a medium heat, adding the chopped garlic and chilli. When the garlic is golden, turn off the heat and pour in the eels, stirring continuously for 40-50 seconds. Serve immediately in individual, preheated small earthenware pots.
